However, let’s be honest. It won’t cure your depression. Nope.
Yes, having some healthy habits will put your mind at ease.
But that comfort is short-lived. It won’t last.
The depression is still there. This isn’t a solution.
This is just another escape.
Literally, psychiatrists and psychologists advise this.
Let me be honest with you, they don’t even know the answer to your problem. Does that mean you’re not going to get better?
Well, only you can answer that.
It’s like you’re staring into the abyss. Focus on the center of your depression, and you will find something within.
What are you searching for?
Some sign to finally make all this suffering meaningful. Probably you will find your answer. However, that’s not true either.
Then what is?
I don’t know. That’s why I’m writing this.
Trying to make sense of it all.
After work is done, and I sit next to my mother, who is also in her late 50s, is depressed. Sudden moments of sorrow appear on her face when she starts crying.
My father also experiences sudden feelings of gloom.
I eat to fill because I can’t express gloom.
Expressing is difficult for severe depression.
There’s a deep reason why I’m depressed. Partly because I became complacent and let my depression flow freely.
Watching my folks puts me in distress. Is this where I’m heading too?
I mean eventually, life is brutal.
You’re halfway through life, and you’ve lost all your siblings, and parents.
If you’re lucky enough, you might have a partner or children.
But if not, what’s there to live for?
Live for yourself.
Not bad advice, why can’t others see that we’re trying enough to go through the day every day?
Is talking to a shrink going to help someone with blunt-force trauma?
Leave the country…
What if the passport that you have doesn’t help you in that case?
Be special? What if that bell rang a long time ago. And you missed that test.
You’ve got time. Of course.
It might take you 10 years longer than other people around you.
Does that make you a failure? Nope.
It makes you resilient. You’ve developed grit.
Many people will despise you for it. 😃
Yep, people are pitiful.
But they are also kind, generous, and accepting.
The world is a terrible place.
But sometimes, the rainbow does shine your way, a pot of gold perhaps in the form of people, both human and animal.
Sometimes even the supernatural, might be kinder than most people.
But you keep working towards a better day.
Just ask around you, and listen to others.
You will realize that your environment might be on someone’s wishlist.
Distract your negative throughout the day, and pay close attention to everything else.
There are other things that you can enjoy.
Sure migraines and spells of gloom are difficult things to deal with.
Start video games, read manga, and watch the top anime.
